Governance documents
The power and functions of Council and Senate are set out in the governing instruments of the º£½ÇÉçÇø.

Council and Senate retain or delegate those powers to other bodies and individuals and make regulations for how they should be exercised.
The º£½ÇÉçÇø complies with the Committee of º£½ÇÉçÇø Chairs Code of Governance.
The º£½ÇÉçÇø publishes Governance Documents in the public interest or to meet legal or regulatory requirements. The º£½ÇÉçÇø has recently adopted a set of agreed Definitions of Governance Documents (PDF), which should be applied to all new and amended documents.
